6698 SAYILI KİŞİSEL VERİLERİN KORUNMASI KANUNU KAPSAMINDA
AYDINLATMA METNİ
GNG Export Dış Ticaret LTD. ŞTİ. (“GNG Export”), 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“Kanun”) ve ilgili birincil ve/veya ikincil mevzuatlar kapsamındaki, gerçek kişilere ait ve herhangi bir şekilde edindiği her türlü kişisel verinin toplanmasına, muhafazasına, üçüncü taraflara aktarılmasına, silme ve imha işlemlerine ilişkin gerekli her türlü hukuki, teknik ve idari gerekliliklerin tam anlamıyla yerine getirilmesini kurum politikalarından biri olarak benimsemiş bulunmaktadır.
Bu kapsamda Kanun’da tanımlı şekli ile “Veri Sorumlusu” sıfatıyla, kişisel ve özel nitelikli kişisel verilerinizi (kişisel veri) aşağıda belirtildiği şekilde yasal mevzuat tarafından öngörülen sınırlar çerçevesinde işlemekteyiz.
İşbu aydınlatma metni, kişisel verilerin korunması hususunda bilgilendirme amacı ile GNG Export'un kişisel veri sahiplerine yönelik ilgili Kanun kapsamında aydınlatma sorumluluğunu yerine getirmek üzere hazırlanmıştır.
